I am not at all compelled to share my experience, it's by will. I am facing issue of slip disc since last 5 years , few orthopaedic surgeons have suggested for discectomy, nd few had asked to consult physio. At times the pain worsens to an extent where I can't move or even stand for a minute. Some 2 years ago I had done around 7 sessions with him and my pain did subside. But dr had asked me to do the entire course of sessions and had asked to visit at few intervals. But I turned a deaf ear to this advice as I thought that am ok now and will no more need any sessions. But now after 2 years my MRI showed that the situation has worsened at L5 ,S1 disc, so I visited him again. He said that he will start with physio but prior to that he wanted me to take opinion of surgeon. After analysing MRI, surgeon said that MRI concludes to undergo surgery but your physical condition suggests that physiotherapy will work better. Since then I must have undertaken 25 sessions with Dr Ankush, and am thankful that he helped me to manage my routine work. We may think that YouTube videos might get us the required therapy, but please don't under estimate physiotherapy. At least this doctor knows his limitations as physiotherapist and will ask u take opinion of surgeon when required. Untill now his attitude is not of exploiting financially ,and I wish nd hope that this attitude towards his profession never changes. ** *** **** ********* *** ********** * I can surely say this about slip disc. Although physiotherapy does not give u anything tangible such as medicine,but the relief u get is worth the cost.

Curador Physiotherapy and Sports Rehab is a Great center and highly recommended. Dr. Ankush Rao & Dr Bhumika Oswal gives lot of personal attention to each patient and their approach is amazing. Always a positive Vibe once you start interacting with the team there. They take the patient as challenge for them to make sure happy face and pain-free life returns to the individual. They always have an unconditional and never-ending support as and when one reaches out to them. I have been a great benefit from their services for my Frozen Shoulder and now enjoying pain free life from sleepless nights.

I had acute knee problem and had consulted many doctors. Last doctor had asked me to go on complete bed rest and not move my leg which made my moral down. Then my friend recommended me to Dr. Ankush and he was the person who encouraged me and ask me to continue with exercise (my normal routine) under his supervision and guidance and within 6 months I am able to run, squat and do what not recently I have completed hillrun marathon which would not have been possible without his treatment & my willingness to recover. Heart felt gratitude towards him, many thanks to him for making my knee better and perfect to run again. I do strongly recommend patients to consult him and be back to normal.

Well all the physiotherapists are really good at their work and they are very friendly to their patients.

Currently I am getting post operation rehab in Curador.

The therapists give all their heart and attention to each patient, they are really enthusiastic to push the patient to their maximum.

Dr.Ankush has been a very co-operative Physiotherapist. He considers & treat every client as its own family members.I had been to his clinic a week before my Nationals Championship. He had realised my knots formed during the training load via deep tissue therapy. It had been very beneficial during my Championship. I also had the bronze at the championship. It's a pleasure to get my Physiotherapy done at the curador Clinic

Dr Ankush is a soft spoken gentle being . He makes u feel.confortable and gauges your problem we'll. He treated me for an ankle sprain and I had a wonderful recovery. He tends to.explain the injury and it's consequences in detail and informa you about the treatment.. I am still.taking sessions from him and his team. Extremely good .highly recommended

Have been getting treated by Dr.Ankush Rao and his team for several months . Found Dr.Ankush to have updated knowledge in his area of work .Very satisfied with the treatment .He comes across as very diligent and honest . . Highly recommend him and his team !

The doctor explained my illness very clearly. He was very positive and encouraging.His smooth manner of communication definitely impressed me.The treatment was started immediately. It is yet to get over but few sessions of exercises definitely show improvement.

Now waiting to get over the treatment and looking towards the full recovery from pain.
